The hotel offers delightful amenities but the
Check-in process could use some improvement. While our room was spacious and well-appointed, the staff failed to provide essential information about the pool and dining options. a good stay, yet not without its hiccups.

It was just a great fit for a day tour in Spokane with outstanding value for money. The shower was interesting with no door but it still worked well. Make sure to try the on-site restaurant/bar for some fantastic desserts.

We had an awesome weekend getaway with friends! Perfect spot for visiting the popular River Park Square and the awesome Spokane Falls. This place has everything you need to host a great time. Just a heads up, service can lag a bit during busy weekends, so plan accordingly!
One major downside was the long wait for check-in and the lack of hot water in the morning, which was a bit frustrating.

The atmosphere was relaxing with modern amenities and a fantastic outdoor pool. Staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable. The bed in the room, while comfortable, might be too soft for those who prefer a firmer mattress. Also, the extra charge for parking was a bit inconvenient.

The Deluxe King Room was pretty spacious with decent bathroom counter space, which was nice. But mine had a strong chlorine smell, and the noise from the pool area was a bit distracting at times. Overall, it wasn't bad, but a few improvements would help.
